As Mums, we all know how challenging it can be to find the time and energy to bake and decorate a homemade cake from scratch based off a blurry Pinterest photo.
But one Aussie cake decorator has seemingly made it easy all thanks to a standard supermarket cake.
We’ve all had to rush to the supermarket to pick up one of their premade cakes last minute, but Tigga Maccormack from Melbourne has shown us how easy it is to turn them into a cute little Bluey cake.
All you need is one supermarket cake, some buttercream, food colouring, wafers, chocolate buttons, giant marshmallows, and M&Ms.
It seems pretty simple when she breaks it down step by step in a video posted to TikTok, just a few cuts here and there for ears and before you know it, Bluey!
However, it might be a little harder than first thought…

Bluey looks like she has seen some things!
Despite the less-than-perfect outcome, many fellow mums praised her for keeping it real and showing that not all cakes turn out as expected. The honesty of the post was appreciated by many and brought smiles to their faces. Some even said they loved the woman's creation, while others admitted to having similar fails when attempting the same cake hack.
Maybe we’ll have to give it a go ourselves…
